Correspondence and telegrams between the Town of Southborough, New York New Haven and Hartford Railroad, Massachusetts Highway Commission, Massachusetts Board of Railroad Commissioners, and Public Utilities Commission regarding railroad service, and repairs and maintenance to railway tracks located in Southborough. Later correspondence covers opposition to the termination of train services between Marlborough and Framingam.
