Scope and Contents

Selectmen's Reports of Fires within the jurisdiction of Southborough. Information includes: date of fire, class of building(s) (whether wood, brick, or stone), how the structure was occupied (whether used for a store, dwelling, barn, manufactory, etc.), name of the owner, name of the occupant, value of the building, total extent of damage, amount paid by insurance, cause of the fire, and remarks by the fire marshal regarding it's circumstances.
