Scope and Contents
Over the years the Southborough Town Clerk’s Office has collected a variety of state and federal government publications which relate to its operations. This library includes materials collected by the town as early as 1799, and is chiefly composed of congressional reports and published laws.

This collection is open for research. Whenever possible, digital surrogates must be consulted in lieu of the original documents to prevent unneccesary handling and mitigate wear. Series 2: Publications of the United States Government (1799-1845)
Within each series, materials are organized chronologically.
