Ledger book containing monthly meeting minutes and membership records for St. Marks Men's Club. Also included is a copy of the club's bylaws. Minutes document club events, and arrangements made for “smoke talks” and various amusements, together with receipts and expenditures of the club, and balances on hand at each meeting.

Meetings were called to order by Rev. George R. Hazard, president. The initiation fee for new members was set at one dollar to be paid to the secretary.
