This series includes: 1) Communications to the town from Rev. Stone in appreciation for their support after the deaths of his wife, daughter, and son, as well as for an increase in his salary. 2) Receipts and payments for Rev. Stone's salary.

1) Receipt for sixty-five pounds received by Rev. Nathan Stone from the Town as his salary for the year 1759, and an additional nine pounds received at the same time for the wood rate (1/28/1761). Folder: 1003-029.
2) Communication from Rev. Nathan Stone to the moderator of a town meeting on August 31st 1761 to be read to the town. In his letter, Rev. Stone thanked the town for making an addition to his salary after the death of his son (8/31/1761). Folder: 1003-029.
